Shipping Policy
Free Delivery: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders above 300 AED. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout based on your delivery location.
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Delivery Times: Delivery times vary by destination:
- UAE: 1-3 business days
- GCC: 3-5 business days
- Rest of the World: 5-14 business days

Returns Policy
30-Day Return Window: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a change or refund. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.
Returns Process:
- Contact our customer service at support@viren.com to initiate a return.
- You will receive return instructions based on your location.
- Prepare your item(s) for return and drop them off at the nearest shipping center as instructed.
Restocking Fee: For returns outside the UAE, a restocking fee applies. This fee does not apply to exchanges. The specific amount will be communicated at the time of the return request based on your location.
Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are processed once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected. Items must be in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment within 7-14 business days after we receive and process your return.
Non-Refundable Items: Please note, certain items may be marked as non-refundable or final sale. These items will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Order Cancellation
